You’ve Got Questions, I’ve Got Answers

  • I am not in-network with any insurance panels and am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. I do provide a superbill at the end of each month, which clients with out-of-network benefits can submit to their insurance providers for reimbursement.

  • I offer both teleheatlh and in-person sessions.

Telehealth sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.

In-person sessions are held in my office located at 115 E. 82nd Street, Apt 1A, Office 3.

If you are interested in learning more, please reach out for a 15-minute complimentary consultation to discuss which modality would be right for you and your family!

  • Yes! I work with individuals and families across the lifespan - from toddlers to older adults.

  • While I do provide parent-child work starting at infancy, individual child therapy (without parents present in the room) typically starts with toddler-aged children (~ 3-years-old+).

  • We will meet for a complimentary brief phone or video-conferencing consultation, so that I can learn more about you and/or your child and your needs at this time. If this feels like a good fit, we will then schedule an initial intake appointment (1-hour) where I will ask you questions about yours/your child’s history, family, relationships, present concerns, health history, and your personal goals. Together, we will identify therapy goals and discuss the initial plan for treatment.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a session, please email or call at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full session fee with less than 24 hours notice.
